My Story
I'm Lily Hyde-Ramsay, Founder The Salon Reset. Growing up in the hair industry, I developed a deep understanding of what makes a salon truly successful. I have my own Salon, built from the ground up—no clientele, just a vision, a bare-bones space, and the knowledge of what works.
With 20 years in the industry, I’ve tried and tested strategies that not only built my own salon but have helped countless others regain control, improve retention, and elevate the client experience.
I don’t believe in guesswork—I believe in results. The Salon Reset is a culmination of everything I’ve learned, designed to transform the way salons and clinics operate. I am often told that " I think outside the box", I look at all situations in a different way and I am driven by results and making a difference. Hand me a problem and I will return a solution.
